We are seeking a Legal Intern to join our Global Legal team for the Summer of 2025 (May 2025 - August 2025) at our headquarters location in Cranberry Township, PA. Westinghouse Legal & Compliance We are seeking an ambitious legal (law student) intern candidates to join our Legal & Compliance team this summer to support a variety of groups and projects! This internship will be on a hybrid schedule. Legal Interns- The Westinghouse Legal & Compliance group is seeking a law student Intern to help us with various commercial projects, including contract review/revision, intellectual property, regulatory, labor and employment, mergers & acquisitions, and compliance. A legal Intern with a business background, or interest in commercial transactions could support preparation and a timely rollout of these projects for both our Corporate Governance and Strategic Acquisitions team and our Energy Systems business unit. Focus Areas -Focus areas are commercial/transactional, intellectual property, litigation, labor, employment, regulatory affairs, and contracts administration. Desired Educational Background- Minimum completion of 1 year of Law School prior to commencement of the internship for the summer of 2025. Minimum of 3.0 GPA. Why Westinghouse?
