Bihar Post-Matric Scholarship 2026-27: apply by 15 September
Bihar runs its post-matric scholarships for SC, ST, BC and EBC students on the PMS Online portal. Reported window is 15 July to 15 September 2026.
Who can apply
- Domiciled in Bihar
- Studying after Class 10 at a recognised institution
- SC, ST, BC or EBC category, applying on the portal for your category
Where to apply
SC and ST students apply through the SC/ST portal, BC and EBC students through the BC/EBC portal. Both are linked from the state's PMS Online site. Applying on the wrong portal is a common reason applications go nowhere.

- Bihar domicile certificate
- Caste certificate
- Income certificate
- Aadhaar seeded with your bank account
- Admission receipt and previous marksheets
- Bank passbook
