How to apply

This changed. The foundation's scholarship page now reads "Launching Our New Scholarship Portal! Apply online easily and quickly through our brand-new platform", and its Apply Now button opens app.sitaramjindalfoundation.org, where the options are "Register Now", "Create an Account" and "Login". Applications are made online through that portal, not by posting a downloaded form.

About the closing date

There isn't one published. We checked the foundation home page, the scholarship page and the portal itself on 29 August 2026 and none of them states an application window, an opening date or a last date. This page previously carried 20 August 2026, which came from secondary reports rather than from the foundation; it has been removed rather than replaced. Applications appear to run on a rolling basis, so the practical advice is to register and apply as soon as your documents are ready rather than waiting for an announcement.
